Your new role n As a Senior Housing Litigation Lawyer, you will play a key role within the Litigation and Housing Team, managing a varied caseload of housing and litigation matters while providing supervision and support to junior colleagues.n The role will have a particular focus on public sector housing law, including advising on housing policies and procedures, conducting and overseeing housing-related litigation, and providing strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders.n Alongside housing matters, you will have the opportunity to develop experience across a wider range of legal disciplines, including:

• Civil and commercial litigation

• Property litigation

n

• Local government law

n

• Public law and judicial review

n

• Education law

n

• Employment law

n

What you'll need to succeed

n

n
• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive with a current practising certificate in England and Wales.

n

• Significant experience in housing law and civil litigation gained within England and Wales.

n

• Experience advising on housing policies, procedures and housing-related disputes.

n

• Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.

n

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

n

• Experience supervising, mentoring or managing junior legal professionals, or the aptitude and ambition to develop these skills.

n

• Experience in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous:
