Are you looking to join a reputable and growing law firm in the heart of Central London who can offer a supportive working environment?nnnPosition Overview for this Conveyancing Paralegal role:nnnAn experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with experience in residential conveyancing is sought for a highly regarded firm in London on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an office based role.nnnThe successful Conveyancing Paralegal will be able to handle a full caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction to post-completion.nnnDuties will include:nnManaging a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from inception to completion.nnAny experience of bridging finance would be idealnnPreparing and reviewing contracts, searches, and Land Registry documentation.nnLiaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties.nnDrafting legal documents and correspondence.nnHandling post-completion work including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.nnMaintaining accurate case records and updating case management systems.nnAssisting with the preparation of completion statements and invoices.nnSupporting fee earners with general administrative tasks.nnEssential skills and experience for this HNW Conveyancing Paralegal role:nnExperience working in residential conveyancing.nnAny experience of bridging finance would be idealnnStrong communication and client care skills.nnExcellent attention to detail and organisational ability.nnA proactive and professional approach to work.nnRequirements for this HNW Conveyancing Paralegal:nnMinimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancingnnPossesses outstanding verbal and written communication skillsnnIT literacy will be a pre-requisitennWorks well under pressure to meet tight deadlinesnnA team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiativennIs personable, pro-active and detail orientatednnBenefits for this Conveyancing Paralegal role:nnnSalary in excess of £30,000 – £35,000nnOffice based role nnBonus structurennPension plannnTraining programsnnIf you're a Conveyancing Paralegal ready to take the next step in your career, apply today.
