Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major Infrastructure Project
We’re currently working with a leading specialist contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for one of the UK’s largest and most prestigious infrastructure projects.
This is an opportunity to join a long-term programme delivering complex enabling works, working alongside experienced commercial and operational teams on a nationally significant development.
The role will involve:
– Managing commercial performance across major civil engineering work packages– NEC contract administration, including Early Warnings and Compensation Events– Cost reporting, forecasting and subcontract management– Procurement and supply chain engagement– Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have experience within:
– Civil Engineering– Infrastructure– Ground Engineering– Piling or Heavy Civils (desirable)– NEC contracts
