Working Supervisor
We are recruiting an experienced Working Supervisor to join a specialist fencing contractor on a long term infrastructure project in the HP18 area.
This is a hands on role, supervising the site gang while also assisting with the works when required.
Location: HP18, AylesburyRate: £28 per hourHours: 9 hours paid per dayDuration: 18 to 24 monthsStart date: Tuesday 1st September 2026Parking available on site
Responsibilities
• Supervising daily fencing and associated civils activities• Coordinating labour, plant and materials• Delivering site briefings and toolbox talks• Ensuring all works are completed safely and to the required standard• Monitoring progress against the programme• Liaising with site management and other contractors• Maintaining high standards of health and safety
Requirements
• Valid Gold CSCS card• Valid SSSTS• Previous experience as a Working Supervisor• Previous fencing or civils experience• Comfortable working on the tools when required• Full right to work in the UK
