We are partnering with our client who is one of North America's major construction contractors ($4bn t/o) to appoint Design Managers to work on major design and build projects across Toronto.

The Package:– Basic salary of $125K – $205K (£65K – £110K)– Profit Related Company Bonus ($10K – $30K)– Tax free relocation package ($10K – $20K)– Company Car or Car Allowance ($8K)– Pension scheme (6% matched)

Responsibilities & Duties:– Contribute to the continuous improvement of the design policy and procedures– Ensure the team is meeting the compliance and contractual obligations– Monitor project to ensure compliance and cost-effective design– Liaise with pre-construction and site delivery teams
Requirements:– Experience working on large scale projects valued at £25m+– Experience managing project stakeholders & design teams– Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor– Willing and able to relocate to Canada
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Senior Design Manager on D&B projects (£25m+) for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contactor.
