Director of Public Affairs & Creative Policy

The Ivors Academy is seeking a Director of Public Affairs to lead the organization’s voice in policy debates around copyright, AI and fair remuneration for songwriters and composers. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, you will shape the public affairs strategy and engage with government, regulators and industry coalitions.

The role operates across the UK, Europe and international markets, driving advocacy initiatives and coordinating high-level political engagement
