Job Description:
TTG is seeking a proactive Senior Manager, Client Operations & Implementation to join the PxT Partner Success team in London. You will own complex implementations end-to-end, configure client sites, and guide teams through go-lives while exploring AI-enabled delivery enhancements.
You’ll translate contracts into successful deployments, mentor staff, and help shape scalable playbooks as the business grows. This is a hands-on leadership role with hybrid work and on-site onboarding as needed.
