Onsite Airport Ground Ops Duty Manager

TUI Group is seeking a Duty Manager for Birmingham Airport to lead the day-to-day operation on-site across front and back of house, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met. You will coordinate SOCs, manage ground partners, and act as the main TUI Airways contact during shifts.

You will drive operational recovery strategies during disruptions, maintain safety standards, and liaise with TOCC and external partners to deliver a seamless TUI operation.
