Litigation Lawyer — Housing Act Appeals (3-Month Council Role)

Huntress Maidstone is recruiting an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join the Place Team on a temporary basis for about 3 months. The role offers high-quality legal advice and representation within a busy local authority legal service.

The candidate will handle civil litigation, including Housing Act 2004 appeals, provide counsel across Council matters and support governance and policy interpretation while working independently within a supportive team.
