Trade Finance Lawyer – Cross-Border & Export Finance

Axiom seeks Trade Finance Lawyers to support clients across financial services, banking, commodities and other sectors on domestic and international trade-finance matters.

You will provide practical advice, draft and negotiate trade-finance documentation, and coordinate with banks, corporates and deal teams across lifecycles of cross-border transactions. A strong emphasis on commercial awareness and stakeholder management is required.
