Head of People & Growth Strategy — Bristol (3–4 days/wk)

Artis Recruitment is supporting a fast-growing brand based in Bristol with the appointment of a Head of HR. This senior role offers ownership of the people function and a chance to shape the next stage of the business as it grows.

You will work closely with the CEO and senior leaders, acting as a trusted people partner while managing ER matters, recruitment, onboarding and the wider employee lifecycle. This role blends strategic and hands-on delivery in a fast-moving environment.
