At Bridebook, we’re digitising the wedding industry! Join us in transforming the wedding planning experience for engaged couples around the world.
Who is Bridebook anyway?
Bridebook is a SaaS and Marketplace scale-up business revolutionising the wedding industry. We are proud to be the UK’s number one wedding planning app and the ONLY global provider! Our mission is to make the wedding planning journey as happy as possible for engaged couples everywhere.
With over 90% of the world’s 7.5bn population expected to get married in their lifetime, the wedding industry is massive. It is 50% larger than the global taxi and food delivery markets combined, yet it sadly lags in digitalisation and lacks solutions for the modern-day needs of both couples and businesses.
So here’s Bridebook, set to disrupt the wedding industry
Our innovative platform is designed to make wedding planning effortless and stress-free. From personalised wedding checklists, budget management tools, a vast selection of venues and suppliers, and endless inspiration – couples can access it all at their fingertips. After recently becoming the first app of its kind to launch globally, Bridebook now enables couples to plan destination weddings anywhere in the world. This exciting expansion makes it a truly fantastic time to join us on our journey!
Our team is made up of talented creative, analytical, and tech-focused minds! We’ve collaborated with fantastic partners including the Natural History Museum, Hilton, The Ritz, Etsy and Jimmy Choo, and have been featured 12 times on the App Store as well as rated the number one wedding planning app by Apple. Our investors are well known for supporting previous successful unicorns such as Airbnb, Pinterest, Skyscanner and Tesla.
What will I be doing?
This is a hands-on, varied marketing role where you’ll help bring Bridebook to life for couples in the French market.
You’ll get exposure to different areas of digital marketing – from paid campaigns and content to CRM, social and localisation – while working closely with experienced teammates who can support you as you build your skills.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Supporting paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google and TikTok, working closely with our Growth Marketing team.
- Helping track campaign performance and learning how to use marketing data to understand what’s working and where we could improve.
- Creating, editing and optimising French content, including articles, search content and vendor profiles.
- Supporting SEO activity and learning how content can help improve Bridebook’s visibility in search.
- Helping manage content calendars and coordinate publishing with internal teams, agencies and freelancers.
- Supporting the localisation of product and marketing content for the French market, helping make sure our language feels natural, consistent and relevant to French couples.
- Supporting CRM activity by adapting, writing, building and sending communications for the French market.
- Getting involved in social, brand and PR activity, from helping brief content to supporting campaigns and gathering insights from couples.
- Helping keep campaigns, assets, reporting and deadlines organised.
- Using customer feedback, market insight and campaign results to suggest ideas and improvements.
- Exploring how tools such as AI and automation could help us work more efficiently, while keeping quality high.
You’ll have ownership of day-to-day execution within your area, while working with more experienced teammates on bigger strategic, budget and channel decisions.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has native or fluent level French and excellent English, with the confidence to write engaging customer-facing copy in both languages.
- Has some experience executing digital marketing activity and is ready to take greater independent ownership of campaigns and projects.
- Is interested in building a broad understanding of digital marketing across areas such as paid media, content, CRM, SEO, social and brand.
- Is comfortable working with numbers and interested in learning how marketing data can be used to improve performance.
- Has strong attention to detail and cares about producing high-quality work.
- Is organised and able to manage different tasks and deadlines.
- Understands, or is interested in learning, how marketing can be adapted for different audiences and markets.
- Is curious, proactive and happy to ask questions, test ideas and learn as they go.
- Enjoys working collaboratively with different people and teams.
- Is interested in how marketing can help attract customers and grow a business.
Most importantly, you’ll bring creativity, curiosity, attention to detail and a willingness to get stuck in, helping us create marketing that connects with French couples while developing your skills along the way.
