Debt Resolution Specialist: Payments & Negotiations

OneSource Debt Resolution Services, a partnership between the London Borough of Newham and Havering, invites applications for a Debt Resolution Officer to join our contact centre and help collect payments, negotiate payment plans and respond to customer queries about various debts.

You will handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to secure payments, manage emails and live chat, and draw on prior debt collection experience. Training on the Tribunal Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 is provided.
