Aerospace Manufacturing Planner – Hybrid (SAP & IMS)

TXM Recruit is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Planner for a hybrid role in Ampthill. You will develop and maintain production plans for Complex Systems, focusing on six-week capacity, SAP-based planning, and effective use of labour, machines and materials.

You’ll collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Programme teams to drive delivery performance, resource planning and programme readiness across multiple initiatives.
