Smith+Nebhew is seeking an IT AI Lead – Sourcing to drive architecture for AI-enabled procurement across the global organization. Lead end-to-end solution design, define patterns for integrations and prompts, and partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Security, and Technology teams.

You will shape enterprise procurement strategy, mentor product, engineering, and data teams, and advance responsible AI practices while delivering scalable sourcing solutions.
