Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Lead UX Researcher to lead a small team and shape how customer insight informs Asda’s digital and ecommerce journeys. This hands-on leadership role combines research delivery with people management, working across product, design, data and business teams.

You’ll own end-to-end studies, define standards, and elevate research practices to support the Groceries and George websites and apps.
