Emergency Dept Lead Nurse | 24/7 Clinical Leadership

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Charge Nurse to join the Emergency Department on a permanent basis, covering 24/7 emergency nursing care delivery.

You will be responsible for the provision of clinical leadership, support, teaching and decision making from the patient’s arrival to hospital and throughout their journey in the Emergency Department on a rota covering 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
