Lead Mental Health Practitioner – Primary Care (Flexible)

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Kings Lynn-based Lead Mental Health Practitioner to work across GP practices within Kings Lynn PCN, West Norfolk. This Band 7 role is funded through ARRS and supports place-based care in the primary care setting.

You will embed in GP practices, deliver non-urgent mental health assessments and brief interventions for patients aged 16+, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to direct people to appropriate services and promote wellbeing.
