Job Description:
Office Angels is recruiting a Patient Experience Lead for a VIP healthcare practice in London. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of around 160 VIP patients, delivering concierge-level service with discretion and impeccable communication.
You’ll manage a small team—two Patient Coordinators and one Receptionist—coordinate appointments, logistics and follow-up care, and work closely with the Founder and CEO to support high-net-worth clients globally.
