Myton Food Group, a key player in UK food manufacturing, seeks a Production Manager/Operations Manager to lead a large-scale operation. You will manage Shift Managers and drive safety, performance, and continuous improvement across multiple products and sites.

You will champion KPI delivery, coach managers, and align CI practices with daily manufacturing goals, reporting to the Site Manager at our busy sites in the UK.
