Team Leader – Food Cutting (Rotating Shifts, £15/hr)

2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe is seeking a Team Leader for the Cutting department to oversee a 10–15 strong team on a fast-moving line. You will supervise day-to-day operations, mentor staff on SOPs, and ensure safety and cleanliness.

The role offers rotating shifts (06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00) with a rate of £15.00 per hour (x1.2 on Saturdays); experience in food manufacturing and strong leadership are essential for meeting production targets.
