Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer – Continuous Improvement Lead

Eaton Corporation is recruiting an experienced Manufacturing Engineer for its Wimborne site, focused on air-to-air refuelling and actuation systems. The role involves optimizing assembly and testing processes, and providing daily technical support to manufacturing operatives on site.

Ideal candidates will have aerospace manufacturing experience, strong use of MRP/ERP, and familiarity with PPAP/APQP; health and safety qualifications and green belt CI are desirable.
