Quantity Surveyor – APC Path to RICS, Edinburgh

JAM Recruitment Ltd seeks a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing PQS practice in Edinburgh. The role targets candidates with around two years post-graduate PQS experience for pre- and post-contract work on projects up to £120m. APC support toward RICS qualification is provided, with clear progression routes in a newly established office.

Salary £40,000–£50,000 with pension and discretionary bonus. Full-time, hybrid working one day per week, and opportunities for promotion within a supportive team.
