In-Branch Banking Consultant — Customer-First Support

Virgin Money UK Inverness branch is seeking a Customer Consultant to support customers in branch and over the phone, guiding them through everyday banking and digital tools with care and clarity.

The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday). Training lasts three weeks with no holidays during that period, and the start date will be confirmed after an offer is made, as you help customers feel confident in their money management.
