Senior Policy Manager – Consumer & Public Services (Hybrid)

Citizens Advice is seeking an outstanding Principal Policy Manager to cover maternity leave in the Consumer and Public Services team. Based in the UK with a blended office/remote arrangement, you’ll shape cross-cutting consumer policy and drive impactful research and advocacy.

You’ll work closely with data, public affairs, campaigns and media colleagues to maximise benefit for our clients, engaging with MPs, regulators and industry to improve markets for consumers.
