City of York Council is seeking a Project Officer / Business Analyst to work across the Adult Social Care Improvement Programme. This fixed-term post will help coordinate and deliver change across Adult Social Care, supporting projects with direct impact on residents, carers, staff and partner organisations.
You will assist with project planning, requirements gathering, options appraisal, data analysis, process mapping and benefits realisation, ensuring governance-aligned delivery.
