Production Team Leader – Immediate Start (Hull)

Sutton Recruitment is assisting a major supplier of chilled fish in Hull to recruit a Team Leader for a production section. You will lead operatives, ensure production plan adherence, and maintain GMP and health and safety standards on site.

The role involves coordinating lines, monitoring KPI targets, organizing staff, and ensuring quality and timely material flow. An immediate start is available for the right candidate and a Monday–Friday 7:30am–5pm shift is expected.
