Quality Leader — Aerospace & Defense, Lean Six Sigma

L3Harris Brighton is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality team and drive total quality management across governance, standards and customer requirements. This role shapes quality strategy and KPIs in a manufacturing environment within the Release Systems & Antennas division.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Engineering, mentor staff, and implement Lean Six Sigma and E3 methodologies to reduce costs and improve performance. Linked to a global defence tech mission.
