Hales Group near Royston, Hertfordshire, is seeking an experienced Operations Support & Compliance Officer. The role offers hybrid working with Mondays and Fridays from home, 25–30 hours per week with permanent contract.

Salary £28,000–£30,000 per annum depending on experience, with 28 days leave plus Christmas shutdown. You will support HR compliance, onboarding, information security and general office operations.
