Team Manager, Council Support – Hybrid/Flexible

East Lothian Council is seeking a proactive Team Manager – Council Support to lead and develop flexible business support teams. You will drive service improvement, manage staff and work with senior managers to ensure customer-focused service delivery.

The role requires experience in leading teams, strong organisation and stakeholder management skills, and office administration experience. Home or hybrid working options may be discussed, with on-site presence as required.
