Front of House Lead – Customer Experience & Ops

Booker is looking for a Customer Service Assistant at their Braunstone Leicester store to support the Customer Service Supervisor and help exceed customer expectations across reception, pay points, checkouts and other departments. You’ll work in a fast-paced team, delivering fast, efficient service and taking ownership when the Supervisor is away.

The role focuses on accuracy, strong communication, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality customer experiences in-store.
