Nightshift Store Manager – Overnight Ops Leader

Sainsbury’s in East Grinstead is seeking a dedicated nightshift manager to lead a store overnight, delivering replenishment, organising the warehouse and ensuring shelves are stocked for the morning rush.

You will manage a team, handle performance and disciplinaries, schedule and payroll, while upholding safety and customer service standards. The role is full-time, four nights per week with a £4,500 premium.
