Campus Cleaning Supervisor | Lead a Large Team

University of Birmingham Campus Services is seeking a Cleaning Services Manager to lead a large team, drive service standards, recruitment, training and staff development, and ensure SLA delivery across facilities at Edgbaston.

The role requires strong leadership, health and safety oversight, and collaboration with HR and Finance; you will manage opening hours and events, monitor performance, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and high-quality cleaning operation.
