You will own the end‑to‑end transformation of NHS provider services, moving beyond strategy to implement clinical and administrative workflow changes that improve patient outcomes. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will turn transformation into a repeatable engine, lead critical customer relationships with GP partners, and eventually hire and lead your own team.

What You Will Do

• Own the full transformation arc from initial scoping to long‑term outcome proof, designing clinical pathways that integrate seamlessly with existing clinical workflows.
• Manage high‑level relationships with GP partners and clinical leads, acting as the trusted expert across product, care, and engineering domains.
• Build the company’s transformation playbook, creating scalable templates and processes that ensure every new service implementation is more efficient than the last.

The ideal candidate

• 5+ years of experience in high‑stakes consultancy or healthcare transformation, successfully delivering large‑scale technology adoption in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to influence clinical and technical stakeholders, navigating the “messy middle” of operational change to ensure adoption holds beyond go‑live.
• Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward documentation, capable of translating complex patient data into compelling clinical and operational narratives.
