IVC Evidensia UK is seeking a Finance & Legal Transformation Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role will lead day-to-day merger activity and two cross-border restructurings (Belgium and Netherlands), coordinating Legal, Tax, Group, GBS, IT and HR teams to ensure timely delivery.
You will manage external advisors, monitor progress, and mitigate risks, with ACCA/CIMA qualification and strong stakeholder management essential.
