About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and proactive New Business Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for winning new business by following up on leads, building a strong pipeline, and closing deals to achieve business targets. You will also proactively approach new clients, delivering exceptional client experiences at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to generated client enquiries and leads.
  • Manage the full new business sales process: assess needs, deliver proposals, quotes, and close deals.
  • Proactively seek new opportunities and research potential customers.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Prepare cost models to ensure profitability and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate training administration and brief course tutors to meet client and quality requirements.
  • Monitor budgets for training and contract services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong ability to identify growth opportunities and align efforts with business objectives.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and digital marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of financial metrics and business models.
  • Resilience, creativity, and a proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
