Compassionate Shift Leader – Elderly Care

Friends of the Elderly is seeking a Shift Leader at New Copford Place in Copford, Essex. You will deliver person-centred care, support residents to maintain key skills, independence, choice and dignity, and lead the team to provide quality, individualised care in line with procedures and policies.

You will ensure safety of residents, maintain accurate records, follow medication procedures, and supervise staff while promoting development.
