Lead Readymix Plant Supervisor

Tarmac is seeking a Plant Supervisor – Readymix for our Readymix RMX team at the Taffs Well Concrete Plant near Cardiff. The role is a DAYS position with overtime to meet production needs.

You will manage RMX operations, lead a team, and ensure safety and quality in concrete production to meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have plant operations experience, preferably in readymix or aggregates, with knowledge of production processes and safety policies.
