Onsite Cleaning Operations Lead

Mitie Cleaning & Environmental Services is recruiting an experienced Site Based Cleaning Supervisor to oversee delivery of cleaning across a large on-site operation in Norfolk. You will coordinate multiple teams, ensure service levels and cost parameters are met, and drive customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, health and safety standards, and the ability to deliver monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs while building solid stakeholder relationships.
