Deputy Manager, Children’s EBD Home – Lead & Safeguard Care

Cpl UK is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a children’s residential EBD home in Greenford, West London. You will support the Registered Manager, lead shifts, supervise staff and ensure safe, nurturing care for children.

The role requires recent Ofsted-regulated residential experience, leadership capability and a minimum Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification, with Level 5 desirable. Strong safeguarding skills are essential.
