Callen-Lenz is seeking a Bid Writer to produce high-quality bid responses and proposals, collaborating with SMEs and the BD team to tailor content for client and tender requirements. You will manage document structure, ensure quality, and support governance reviews across the bid lifecycle.

The role requires strong writing skills, ability to handle multiple bids under tight deadlines, and willingness to travel to Salisbury and London as needed.
