Senior MEP Commercial Manager – Luxury Projects

MEP Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager is sought for a London/Essex based role working on luxury residential, commercial and hotel MEP packages. You will own the commercial performance from pre-construction through final account, coordinating with clients, consultants and suppliers to optimise value and profitability.

You will have a background in MEP contracting, strong commercial and negotiation skills, and a proactive, commercially minded approach to risk and opportunity management.
