Pre-Construction Design Lead – Residential (Yorkshire)

Bennett & Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Senior Design Coordinator (Pre-Construction) to join its Technical team in the Wakefield/Pontefract area. The role focuses on guiding pre-construction design, coordinating architects, engineers and consultants, and supporting land acquisitions through to delivery.

The successful candidate will oversee technical due diligence, manage design teams, and ensure projects are technically viable with clear reporting and timely packs.
