Senior Commercial Manager – Fit Out & Growth Leader

Stratus Search & Recruitment is assisting a fast-growing North West fit-out contractor to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong Quantity Surveying background. You will own the commercial function across a portfolio of design & build and traditional fit-out projects.

Reporting to the MD, you will lead a small commercial team, improve processes, manage budgets and cash-flow, and drive margins.
