My client is a well-established International Firm based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. They are currently recruiting for a Reprographics Team Leader to join and oversee a small close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a background in Facilities or Reprographics who are looking to progress their career.
As a Reprographics Team Leader your duties will include:
Management of the team, including handling performance reviews
Identifying training needs and areas for development
Monitor the workflow and ensure all work is completed within the deadlines
Maintain close relationships with key contacts
Undertake all printing and scanning requests
Ensure all administration for the department is kept up to date
As a Reprographics Team Leader you will have the following skills:
Previous experience working in Reprographics is essential
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role would be ideal
High level of IT knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise and work towards deadlines
