Site Manager

Working on behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager on a contract basis for a renovation works project of a commercial building.

Key Duties

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Supporting the team with small works
• Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
• Coordinating subcontractors and site labour
• Maintaining project timelines and quality standards

What we are looking for in the successful candidate:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction or refurbishment projects.
• Trade background as you will be required to support the team with small works
• Valid SMSTS
• CSCS Card Gold or Above
• First Aid
• Own Tools and PPE
• Driving License

What Our Client Offers

• £300 per day
• Working hours: 8:00am 4:30pm
• Minimum 4 weeks worth of work
