We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a bank refurbishment project in Washington.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
Requirements
- SMSTS essential
- CSCS essential
- PASMA essential
- First Aid essential
- Fire Marshal essential
- Previous Site Management experience, ideally within refurbishment/commercial environments
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and site procedures
- Good communication and organisational skills
