Regional Head of Workforce, Education & People Strategy

NHS England in the NEY region seeks a Regional Director of Workforce, Training and Education to lead regional workforce priorities, drive education initiatives and support NHS organisations in delivering high quality care.

Reporting to the regional leadership team, the post holder will build strong partnerships with ICBs, providers and staff networks, oversee education and training programmes, and ensure governance and delivery of national workforce strategies across the region.
