Senior HEOR Director: Payer Evidence & Outcomes

BioMarin is seeking an Associate Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research in London (hybrid) to lead payer evidence strategies for early-stage assets. You will collaborate across Value & Access, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to shape patient-relevant outcomes requirements and support HTA submissions and market access decisions.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma HEOR with at least 4 years in HEOR roles and experience with PRO measures, HTA, and payer engagements.
