Care Assistants are needed to work in a nursing and respite care home for older people, individuals with
physical disabilities, and younger adults, located in Larne. Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, or
flexible ad hoc shifts, we have opportunities to suit your availability.
Pay rates range from£13.50£17.50, depending on the shift worked, with double time on Bank Holidays.
Your role will involve providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents, assisting with personal care and
daily living activities, supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing, encouraging
social interaction and participation in daily activities, working closely with nurses and the wider care team to
deliver exceptional care, and helping to create a safe, comfortable, and homely environment for residents.
What We Need From You
- 3 months experience in a Healthcare Setting, including personal care
- To be Niscc registered, or willing to apply
- To have, or be willing to attend all mandatory training courses
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access Ni check
